Return & Refund Policy
SLBBC supports safe and worry-free return and refund services for all apparel and footwear products. Please read the following return rules carefully.
Return Time Limit: Customers can apply for return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods.
Return Conditions: All returned clothes and shoes must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and complete packaging. Footwear must have no outdoor wear marks.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, clearance products, customized products and man-made damaged goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide photos or videos. We offer full refund, free replacement or free return shipping.
Refund Process: We will inspect the returned items within 2–3 business days after receiving the package. After confirmation, the refund will be returned to your original payment channel. The fund arrival time is 3–7 business days, depending on your payment platform.
Return Freight: Customers undertake return shipping fees for personal voluntary returns. We will cover the return shipping cost for quality problems or our shipping errors.
